These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FightersJet platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FightersJet, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited by law in your jurisdiction from using investment services
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Platform Services

FightersJet provides an online investment platform offering:

• Investment Plans: Fixed-term plans with daily ROI credits to your account wallet
• Deposit Services: Multiple payment methods to fund your investment wallet
• Withdrawal Services: Payout requests processed within 24–48 working hours
• Referral Program: Multi-level commission system for referring new members
• Account Dashboard: Real-time tracking of investments, earnings, and transactions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must register for an account using a valid email address and creating a secure password. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access at support@fightersjet.com

We will never ask for your password. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

4. Investment Plans & Returns

4.1 Plan Selection

Investment plans are available with varying minimum/maximum amounts, durations, and daily ROI percentages. Full plan details are displayed at the time of investment. By activating a plan, you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted its specific terms.

4.2 ROI Credits

Daily ROI is automatically credited to your ROI wallet each day for the duration of the plan. Credits are subject to platform uptime and maintenance windows. We aim for 99.9% uptime and will compensate for missed credits due to system downtime.

4.3 No Guarantee of Returns

All investments carry risk. Past performance displayed on our platform does not guarantee future results. Daily ROI percentages are projections based on our current operational model and may change with market conditions. You could lose part or all of your investment.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made through approved payment channels listed on the platform. Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method. Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Do not send funds to any address or account not explicitly listed on our platform.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum withdrawal limits and platform-defined processing windows
• Processing time: 24–48 working hours from request submission
• We reserve the right to require identity verification before processing large withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during security reviews or maintenance
• Any fraud, chargeback, or policy violation may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation

6. Referral Program

Our multi-level referral program allows you to earn commissions when users you refer make successful investments. Referral commissions are:

• Paid only on confirmed, non-reversed investments
• Subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds before payout
• Void if obtained through fraudulent means (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.)
• Calculated based on the commission rates current at the time of investment

Self-referrals (creating accounts to refer yourself) are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
• Create multiple accounts or use the platform on behalf of another person without authorization
• Engage in market manipulation or coordinated activities to exploit the referral system
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on the platform
• Post, share, or transmit harmful, spam, or misleading content about the platform
• Impersonate our staff, support team, or other members

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

8. KYC & Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable laws, we reserve the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, particularly for large transactions or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or restricted access to withdrawal services. All users must comply with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

FightersJet shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses arising from market fluctuations or platform operational changes
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our Services
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages)
• Any third-party actions, websites, or services linked from our platform

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have invested in the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Fraud, identity theft, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months with no activity)

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balances may be forfeited. For termination without cause, we will process any pending legitimate withdrawals.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the FightersJet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of FightersJet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our support team at support@fightersjet.com. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 15 business days. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts of India.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
